The Conference organisers have secured rooms at special conference rates at the following hotels for the conference period. Bookings can be made during the registration process. You will need to select your hotel, indicate arrival and departure dates, arrival time and provide at least one night's deposit in advance to secure your booking.
* Sharing rooms – The maximum number of guests in each room type is two. If sharing with another delegate, only one delegate should select the accommodation on their registration. Please include the share person’s name in the area provided.
* Extending your stay – Most of the venues will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Indicate your arrival and departure dates on your application. If there are any problems with these dates, the secretariat will get back to you. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
* Check-in times - Rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:00 pm on the day of check-in though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
* Credit cards – the hotel will require a credit card on check in to cover further nights and any incidentals.
* Cancellations - Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 30 days of arrival. Please see individual hotel policies below. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay as soon as possible.
